Ability to host Zopim

I feel like having the ability to host zopim would be useful in many ways. 1. i notice alot of lag within the actual chat script itself while loading on my page, it tends to create a lot more lag on my page versus no zopim. 2. no offence to zopim but i doubt their servers can withstand the amount of resources we use as clients to their server when chatting, most of the time 2-4 people at once. 3. Making zopim a download with a web client interface like currently on the zopim member area. For advanced users it would allow us to modify the code as suited without having to wait for updates etc for bug fixes :)
