Ability to Change Status Messages in Chat Window

When anyone click on the Chat window, following status wil be displayed "You are currently being served by XXX" and "XXX has left the chat, but don't worry. We will still be able to retrieve any messages you leave behind." it will be a great suggestion to change this messages in backend!
