Option for disabling system chat messages in IM

Several minutes after i talk with client, i get two consecutive messages: "visitor has left chat" and "your chat with visitor has ended" This messages do not provide any useful information and very annoying. Can you provide an option to disable it? Additionally i would like to be able not to receive messages about users changing the page.
