Sound and Visual Improvements (Important)

I think it is very dangerous that the sound of an incoming chat message only sounds once and cannot be made to make repeating until the chat is answered. This allows the incoming chat message to go completely unnoticed if away from the computer for a few seconds. Is there a way to fix this important issue? Also, there is no longer notifications for the browsers tab that there is an 'incoming chat request'. Once again, this change makes it very easy to miss a chat if the sound is not heard or for those with hearing difficulties. I do however like the overall lay out, the new dashboard is definitely an improvement.
