Ability to change sound

Sound when chat agent replies is very annoying, like hitting a metal. You need to provide more pleasant sounds, or better if I can provide a sound that will be played. Current sound makes complete chat very unpleasant. There are many royalty free sounds to buy and I do not see a reason to use this resonant ear breaking sound.
