multi-language greeting messages

Dashboard feature to enable us to set up short and long greeting messages in different languages (e.g., "Click here to chat" and "Leave a question or comment and our agents will try to attend to you shortly =)"). Without that, we can't have a fully multi-language site because parts of the chat widget will always be in only one language!
