Operator Email Chat Transcripts
Provide the ability for an operator to email a chat transcript directly from the dashboard or IM. Possibly use a shortcut or command like "#transcript " The email should come from the email address of the person they're chatting with.
This will allow the operator to more easily follow up with the client via email, by just replying, and can also be used to send chat transcripts to various ticketing systems to open a new ticket without losing the details from the chat.
