disable auto-responder sound notification
It would be great to add the option to adjust the sound notification for auto-responder in the chat (disable, adjust volume and the sound itself). The point is when you have 5+ chats at the same time the auto-responder with the same sound as incoming customer's message makes some confusion and becomes annoying. Also makes it difficalt to react properly since you can't know if it's a customer asking for something or it's just auto-responder sending an advice.
