Choosing visitors to serve in "Serve Chat Requests"

When I click on "serve x requests" at the bottom left corner, i will be immediately chatting with the visitor waiting for the longest. I will prefer to see which visitors are waiting and their info, such as the page they are on and the time they have been waiting to be served and choose a specific visitor to serve.
