Add a 5 star rating system for customers/clients to vote for the agent(s)

I think that it would great if there was a rating system on the Zopim Live Chat. There are similar systems with the majority of other Live Chats, and it also makes it easier to see how clients like or view the staff. A small field next to the agents name or under the avatar with 5 stars, would work and make it easy to vote. Also, it would be nice to keep it as a per chat vote, so each new chat they can do a new rating.
