SMS messaging functionality

For example, if a rep is not on Gchat, it can try the aim, and if not on aim, try ICQ. Mobile communication would be great, if noone is online have the ability to send a text message to my mobile that I could respond to so that I could chat essentially any time. most mobile #'s have an email address that associates with the phones text mesage service. I guess either a non-flash version or an iphone app would be good too, but the TXT messaging would be more beneficial so that I can recieve notifications when I'm not waiting for them.
